As PromoBrands looked to refresh their office, it was the perfect opportunity to create a workspace that better supports the team and the way they work.

Habitat Fitouts was engaged to transform the existing office into a modern, functional workplace, bringing a fresh new look and improved functionality to the space.

With all design and construction completed in-house by Habitat Fitouts, the project involved a complete strip-out of the existing office, making way for a fresh new layout with a combination of open-plan workstations, private offices, meeting rooms and shared staff areas.

The refurbishment included:

  • Complete demolition and strip-out of the existing office fitout

  • New black-framed glazed partitions with feature fluted glass for added privacy

  • Custom-designed and manufactured joinery and storage throughout

  • New open-plan workstations with acoustic desk screens

  • New office furniture, seating and meeting room furnishings

  • Refurbished staff kitchen and breakout area with new joinery, appliances and finishes

  • New flooring, painting and updated interior finishes throughout

  • Electrical, lighting and associated services works to suit the new layout

The focus was on creating a more practical and comfortable working environment, balancing open collaborative spaces with quieter areas for meetings and focused work. Warm timber finishes, contemporary glazing and carefully selected furniture helped bring the whole space together.

From demolition to handover in just four weeks, the result is a complete office transformation and a fresh, welcoming workplace designed to support the PromoBrands team into the future.
