Habitat Fitouts were commissioned to design and construct this boutique fitout. Our brief was to create a welcoming residential feel, while maintaining the formality that you would expect from a corporate work environment. The construction schedule ran for 5 weeks and saw the run down bar and restaurant fully gutted and refit for its new purpose.

We installed new flooring, contemporary black framed glass partitioning and our own workstation system, integrated with residential style furnishings to create a functional and collaborative work space.

This project presented many challenges, none more so than completing construction works in a building which holds offices, apartments, a day spa and a hotel, but the end result was a very happy client and a beautiful space created. It is a credit to everyone involved on the project and how it was undertaken.
